Fried Pork Liver

Fried Pork Liver



You can marinate liver with soy sauce, black pepper and lemon or calamansi.

I have no time to marinate so i rubbed the pork liver with some seasoning, black pepper and coated with bread crumbs then fried.

Dipped it with my simple sauce mixture: ketchup and jalapeno chilli.


Ingredients:
Pork Liver (chopped in desired size)
Magic Sarap (Seasoning)
Black pepper
Breadcrumbs

What to do:

1. Rub magic sarap and black pepper to sliced pork liver.
2. Then coat pork liver with bread crumbs.
3. Fry until bread crumbs turns brown in color.
4. Serve and dip with you desired sauce.
