Fried Pork Liver

Fried Pork Liver



You can marinate liver with soy sauce, black pepper and lemon or calamansi.

I have no time to marinate so i rubbed the pork liver with some seasoning, black pepper and coated with bread crumbs then fried.

Dipped it with my simple sauce mixture: ketchup and jalapeno chilli.


Ingredients:
Pork Liver (chopped in desired size)
Magic Sarap (Seasoning)
Black pepper
Breadcrumbs

What to do:

1. Rub magic sarap and black pepper to sliced pork liver.
2. Then coat pork liver with bread crumbs.
3. Fry until bread crumbs turns brown in color.
4. Serve and dip with you desired sauce.

Bread Crumbs coated Tofu

Bread Crumbs coated Tofu



I have limited ingredients so i just coated the tofu with bread crumbs.

For the breadcrumbs i used a premixed/seasoned so no need to add some flavoring. If you have plain bread crumbs just add salt and pepper to taste, some seasoning and herbs.

Ingredients:
Tofu
Bread Crumbs (premixed/seasoned)
cooking oil for frying (i used little oil)

What to do:

1. Slice tofu to desired size.
2. Coat tofu with breadcrumbs.
3. Fry until golden brown.
4. Serve and dip with any sauce.

For my dip, I just mixed ketchup and jalapeno chilli.
